On December 22, at the Faculty of International Relations of KazNU, a guest lecture “International comparative sociological research: methodology, results, prospects” was held by Dr. Botagoz Rakisheva.

Dr. Rakisheva Botagoz Islyamovna, Candidate of Sociological Sciences, Director of the Public Opinion Research Institute, Member of the European Society for Market and Public Opinion Research (ESOMAR), National Representative of the World Association of Public Opinion Researchers (WAPOR) in Kazakhstan, Head of the World Values Survey-7 project in Kazakhstan, author of the “Turkbarometer” project.
As part of the lecture Dr. Rakisheva mentioned new approaches in international sociological research, and shared her experience in organizing management and implementation of the international projects.
