Today, on 25.01.2024, associate professor of the Department of Customs, Finance and Environmental Law, candidate of law Kuandykov Kaldarbek Zhunisbaevich together with students of the 1st year, group 117 of the Faculty of Law held a seminar on the 13th UN Sustainable Development Goal” combating climate change“. Today, Kazakhstan takes an active part in the international regulation of Environmental Protection and environmental safety issues. The country has ratified many international agreements and conventions in this area. The national legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan is also aimed at implementing measures to protect the environment and combat climate change. The Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved on January 2, 2021, is the main regulatory legal act in the field of Environmental Protection. Students of Group 117 took an active part in the scientific seminar.
