As part of the sustainable development initiative, January 25, 2024, senior lecturer of the department of customs, financial and environmental law, PhD Bitabarova Zh.A. conducted a scientific seminar on the topic “Gender Equality” with undergraduates of the Faculty of Law of Al-Farabi KazNU. This event is dedicated to UN Sustainable Development Goal 5. During the seminar, the lecturer explained how the gender equality program is being implemented in Kazakhstan, what problems exist in this area, and what measures can be taken to ensure gender equality. Master's students from China shared their country's experience.
