round table on "Current problems of criminal law"

On February 06th, 2024, NSC "Елтұтқа" of the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics held a round table on "Current problems of criminal law" in the framework of achieving the 16th goal of the UN SDGs and in honor of the 90th anniversary of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

At the event, members of the “Елтұтқа” club Zhumash A., Alikulov D., Niyazgaliev A. discussed important aspects of the qualification of offenses against the person, as well as the problems of legal assessment of illegal acts encroaching on sexual integrity and sexual freedom of the individual.

The discussion of the topic highlighted the importance of deep analysis and search for solutions in the field of law enforcement practice aimed at protecting and ensuring the rights and freedoms of every person.
