13.02.2024 associate professor of the Department of “Customs, Finance and environmental law” of the Faculty of Law of the Kazakh National University named after Al - Farabi, candidate of law Kuandykov Kaldarbek Zhunisbaevich held a scientific seminar on “actual problems of customs law in the digital economy” for 3rd year students of the specialty “jurisprudence” of the Higher School of business and law of the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University within the framework of the 9 goals of the SDG-industrialization, innovation, infrastructure. Today, the need for the digital economy and its demand are growing day by day. Because in an urgently changing market, innovation can adapt quickly and optimize for global integration. Therefore, now enterprises in the sectors of the national economy are striving to produce modern competitive products that meet the strict requirements of the World Trade Organization. In the field of customs affairs, the country is working on improving customs administration and switching to electronic declarations. In terms of Electronic Declaration, the Astana 1 Information System and the “E - window” mechanism for export and import operations have been launched. Students took an active part in the scientific seminar and shared their thoughts.
