Purpose and content

The purpose of the roundtable is to identify and explore the transformative power of innovation, analytics and artificial intelligence and data-driven management in various secrors.

  2. Professional Growth and Development: Effective Recruitment and Training of Personnel in Banking (Zhasulan Akylayev, Head of Testing Department of Operating Systems and Front-end Systems of JSC Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan ),
  3. The New Development of Remote Sensing and Computer Vision in Smart Agriculture in Xinjiang (Qian Yurong, Dean, Department of Software Engineering, Faculty of Computer Science and Technology, Xinjiang University),
  4. Analyzing the challenges and opportunities of Data-Driven Governance (Dara Tumenbayeva, Director of Black Swan).

 

Conclusion

In our rapidly evolving digital landscape, the significance of embracing Artificial Intelligence and Data-Driven Management can't be overstated. These technologies are not merely tools but catalysts for unprecedented advancements in various sectors, revolutionizing the way we work, make decisions, and interact with the world around us.

Our esteemed speakers  are experts in their respective fields, and they shared their insights on the profound impact of AI and data-driven strategies. We explored the promotion of a culture of data management, effective recruitment and training in the banking sector, the new developments in remote sensing and computer vision in smart agriculture, and the challenges and opportunities of data-driven governance. Students asked interesting questions to the host and were satisfied with satisfactory answers. In addition, students were aware of the vast possibilities of artificial intelligence and data-driven management and showed interest in this field.
