Meeting of students of the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics with representatives of the city Prosecutor's office.

On March 07, 2024, at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, in order to implement UN SDG No. 16 "Peace, Justice and effective Institutions", a meeting of students of the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics with representatives of the city Prosecutor's Office was held.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Mamytov Zhanibek Bulytbaevich, Head of the Department for the Maintenance of Public Prosecution of the Almaly district Prosecutor's Office, as well as Mr. Seitov Narzhan Nurdillauly— Senior Prosecutor of the Auezovsky district Prosecutor's Office.

The topic of the meeting was devoted to an urgent problem of our time - drugs and their impact on young people. The students actively participated in the discussion, asked the speakers questions about the methods of combating drugs and the legal aspects of this problem. Representatives of the Prosecutor's Office shared their experience and knowledge, and also provided students with information about the consequences of drug use and legal measures taken to curb them.

The students expressed their gratitude for holding such an important meeting and stressed that the knowledge gained would be useful for their future professional activities. They also expressed their strong intention to take an active part in the fight against drugs and contribute to the creation of a safe society
