"Language is the Confession of the People"

On February 28, 2024, the Chechen State Pedagogical University hosted a regular meeting of the International Student Round Table "Language is the Confession of the People"... dedicated to the International Day of the Native Language.

The purpose of the round table was to discuss the problems of preserving linguistic and cultural diversity and multilingualism, promoting knowledge of languages, promoting the protection of the languages ​ ​ of the peoples of the world and expanding mutual understanding and intercultural dialogue between representatives of different cultures.

This year, Al-Farabi KazNU for the first time represented the Republic of Kazakhstan at this event, speaking online.  The 1st year students  of the Higher School of Economics and Business,  Aldamuratova Gulsimay, Saydualieva Aigerim, Shaimagambetova Diana, Shugyla Auken, Zhienbay Saltanat (head - N.T. Kakisheva) and the 1st year students of  the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics,  Kurbanova Ilnara, Kabyken Diaz, Valetov Batur, Denizbaev Torekhan, Kuanyshkaliev Azamat, Zhanadil Nurmukhamed, Maksatova Akgul, Omirzak Sanzhar, Urinbasarov Nurbakh (head - N.S. Sanyarova) took part in this event.  The  students successfully completed their task.

Before starting  their  reports in Kazakh and Russian, the students congratulated   the organizers  on  the start of the International Student Round Table, Chechen students, foreign students and expressed warm  wishes and gratitude to them.

During the event, the organizers of the round table discussion  repeatedly emphasized that the  students of KazNU  were  distinguished by competent speech, creative and responsible approach to the selection of material. The reports, songs and poems produced a great impression on the organizers.

At the end of the event, our students were awarded  the  certificates confirming their participation in the International Round Table "Language as a Confession of the People"....
