Fundamentals of labor law of the Republic of Kazakhstan

04/04/2024 at 14.00 at the University of International Business named after Kenzhegali Sagadiev, a guest lecture was held on the topic: “Fundamentals of labor law of the Republic of Kazakhstan” (room 113) for 1st year students in the discipline “Fundamentals of Law and Anti-Corruption Culture”.
The lecturers at the invitation of the Department of Social Sciences and Humanities at UMB were Ashyralieva Bayan Sovetbekovna, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law and Kalieva Gulmira Saduakasovna, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law.
During the guest lecture, issues of the development of modern labor law and the content of key institutions in the field of labor law were highlighted. The lesson was conducted in a lecture-conversation format. Students asked questions about the probationary period when concluding employment contracts, the problem of protecting labor rights in the context of violations of labor legislation in modern conditions. During the lesson, participants exchanged views on enhancing the effectiveness of the implementation of labor legislation in order to protect the rights of employees.
