April 25, 2024 at the Faculty of Law, Research Center "Legal Support for Innovative Development of Kazakhstan", Department of Civil Law, Civil Process and Labor Law of Al-Farabi KazNU holds an annual international scientific-practical conference on "National and international aspects of children's rights protection", dedicated to the outstanding lawyer, Doctor of Law, Amirkhanova (Romankova) Irina Viktorovna.
This event is intended to recognize her significant scientific contribution in the field of civil and business law, as well as to assess her influence on the development of legal science in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since the beginning of her career, Irina V. Amirkhanova (Romankova) has shown outstanding scientific potential and a desire to search for new solutions in the field of business law. Her dissertations and monographs have become a fundamental contribution to the study of legal regulation of entrepreneurship in Kazakhstan. In 2005, after the successful defense of her doctoral dissertation, Irina Amirkhanova began an active scientific research, deeply immersing herself in the problematic aspects of civil law ensuring the interests of entrepreneurs.
All labor activity of Irina Viktorovna is practically connected with the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi. She started her way as a research trainee, and then rose to the head of the Department of Civil and Business Law from 2000-2004. Her professionalism, knowledge and pedagogical talent make her an authoritative mentor for students, undergraduates, graduate students and colleagues. Her scientific contribution is a model of deep analysis of legal aspects of entrepreneurship development in the country and is still a foundation in the field of civil law, serving as a solid basis for further research and formation of legislative practice in this area. More than 50 scientific publications testify to her active scientific activity and the importance of her contribution to the field of jurisprudence. Amirkhanova I.V.'s scientific mentorship and professionalism contributed to the graduation of candidates of legal sciences, and her students continue her scientific heritage, actively developing and expanding the study of legal aspects of entrepreneurship and civil law. The scientific legacy of Associate Professor Amirkhanova Irina Viktorovna will remain alive and inspiring as long as her students continue to live.
