THE FIRST MEETING OF THE NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY UNDER THE PRESIDENT OF THE RK WAS HELD

On April 12, 2023, in Akorda, under the chairmanship of the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the first meeting of the National Council on Science and Technology under the President was held, which was attended by Professor of the Department of Mechanics of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Academician of the National Engineering Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Professor Aidarkhan Kaltaev.

The National Council determined further priorities for the country's scientific and technological policy.The council included academicians, scientists representing priority areas of science, having a high level of research activity and international recognition. The head of state expressed the importance of the meeting, believing that science is the main key to development at all times.
