I am Umirbayuly Sayat, 1st year student of the financial law educational program of the Faculty of law. I started my first year of study at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a live broadcast of the address of the president of the country K. Tokayev to the people.  We discussed together with our team and adviser-curator Aigarinova Gulnar Toleukhadirovna! We discussed the priorities of the message.  President of the country Kassym-Jomart Kemelovich Tokayev promoted to us, that is, to the youth of the country, new opportunities in the New Kazakhstan - education and science, emphasizing that there are very great opportunities for education. 
I did my military duty and went to the Kazakh National University.
