Message from President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev

Let's start implementing the message ourselves.

September 2, 2024, when the school year was just beginning, was one of the very special days. In the spacious hall of the Al-Farabi library, Dean Akhatov Ualikhan held a meeting with students, shared his advice, congratulated them on the new academic year and wished them good luck. Another feature on this day was the address of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. I would like to share some of my thoughts formed after discussing the message with Uncle Bakirov Darkhan, the curator of our group.
The address of the president is called: "a just Kazakhstan: law and order, economic growth, public optimism". He pointed to nine directions for the execution of the message. These areas are:
The first. The fact is that it is necessary to eliminate the incompatibility between monetary policy and fiscal policy.
Second. It is important to work continuously to improve the investment climate and the conditions necessary for doing business.
Third. The need to take comprehensive measures to fully use the industrial potential of the country.
The fourth. The need to solve topical issues related to infrastructure.
The fifth. The fact is that it is very important to gradually increase the personnel potential of the country.
Sixth. It is necessary to take comprehensive measures to strengthen the health of the nation and modernize the system of social support of the population.
Seventh. Improving the environmental situation is one of the main tasks facing us. We need to popularize the importance of Environmental Protection in society.
Eighth. The need to maximize the effectiveness of Public Administration.
Ninth. The need to deeply establish the ideology of law and order in society.
Since I am studying at the Faculty of law, I want to mention the places in the address related to law and law. In the first direction, the president said in connection with the tax code: "it is very important to simplify the provisions of the code so that everyone does not accept them differently, and make it equally clear to everyone of an economically active citizen." Really complex, difficult words take a long time to understand. When I was preparing for the UNT, I could easily understand the Civil and Criminal Code, read the concepts of the tax code 4-5 times, and I could not understand some. I think that since these codes are the ones that anyone who does not have a legal education relies on when they get into a difficult situation, they should be easy and easy to understand. 
The ninth direction of the message concerns our faculty. It is necessary to deeply establish the ideology of law and order in society, - in this part, the president spoke about the draft law on a debt-free society, on the Prevention of offenses, on many issues, such as Justice, security, order in the army, the fight against drug trafficking and drug addiction, the creation of a fair, clean and safe Kazakhstan. For example, it is better to prevent the consequences of an offense than to calculate and deal with its consequences, to prevent it altogether if it comes to an extent. In this regard, the adoption of the law" on the Prevention of offenses " will bring a lot of benefits. The president said that law enforcement agencies should show professionalism, courage and perseverance. Unfortunately, when we look at the internet, many employees can hardly catch criminals, and sometimes they even leave without being caught. This gap must be filled. He buys a driver's license (law). And then make a lot of accidents. We can't hide it. The president also said: "there are things that you can get a driver's license without special training. The government, governors, the Ministry of internal affairs must take a bold step. Deputies should pay attention to this issue." This should be avoided in the future.
He noted that in connection with vandalism, laws were passed that prohibited the use of various games – ludomania, vapes, which are called electronic cigarettes. In short, some important issues were widely noted in the address. This is a guarantee of the country's development. To do this, there must be a solid discipline. On the contrary, there should be no violations, no corruption. Unfortunately, these measures cannot be carried out by the president alone. If the representatives entrusted to him violate the law and commit corruption, then it will not be done at all. Therefore, I want to start with ourselves, without considering that the directions in the message should be followed by someone else.
