Message from the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan in 2024

discussed at an open table the Message of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan in 2024.
The message focuses on the topic of " THE. FIFTH CHAPTER .LAW AND ORDER ." 
According to this chapter, first of all, it is necessary to balance the status of all judges. They clearly indicated that they should not depend on their colleagues standing above them, and, in addition, emphasized the topic of "Tragic January", domestic violence, the growth of synthetic drug users and drew particular attention to fraud committed via the Internet and telephone. 
Since these topics are the most relevant at the moment, the students of the group showed their activity, expressed their thoughts and received answers to many questions of interest.
