Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan

Within the framework of Sustainable Development Goals №8. Decent work and economic growth

Today, September 2, 2024, at the Faculty of History of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan, entitled "Just Kazakhstan: Law and Order, Economic Growth, Public Optimism", was heard.

In his Address, the President outlined the key areas of work for the coming years, set new tasks and gave specific instructions to the Government.

Justice: The President stressed the need to build a just society where every citizen has equal opportunities and is protected by law. He noted the importance of fighting corruption, strengthening law and order and ensuring the independence of the judiciary.

Social modernization: Improving the quality of education and healthcare, Strengthening social protection of the population, Development of culture and sports, Support for youth and family.

Effective public administration: Increasing the transparency and accountability of government agencies, Optimization of the state apparatus, Development of digitalization and e-government.
