Grand initiation ceremony marks the eve of our university’s 90th anniversary

  Today, on the eve of the 90th anniversary of our university, the solemn ceremony of initiation of first-year students was held at the highest level.

  In honor of this event, our pride - the participants of the Summer Olympic Games "Paris - 2024", who carried the blue flag of our country on the world stage, met with our students. Among them were the SILVER medalist of the Paralympic Games in swimming Zhumagali Nurdaulet, the BRONZE medalist in judo Gusman Kyrgyzbaev, as well as the participants of the Olympics Altukhova Arina, Azamat Dauletbekov, Konstantin Malinovsky and Yergali Alisher. They inspired the students with their energetic and motivating speeches.

  The gala evening began with an impressive flash mob, in which 700 first-year students took part. Chairman of the Board - Rector Zhvnseit Kanseytuly spoke about the progress of large-scale projects on the territory of the university, congratulated the students on the beginning of the new academic year and, together with senior students, symbolically presented the first-year students with the KEY TO KNOWLEDGE.

  The evening continued with a bright concert program, in which talented and artistic students performed. Particular attention was drawn to a huge balloon with the inscription "FARABI 90", which became the decoration of the evening. Another memorable moment was the fireworks that lit up the sky in honor of the students. In addition, the star of the national stage Adilet Zhugashar congratulated the first-year students on their admission and performed a song in their honor.

  The evening ended with a festive dance party, which brought a romantic note to student life and left unforgettable impressions on all participants.
