SDG-3: A seminar on «Healthy Lifestyle and Musculoskeletal System Recovery: Osteochondrosis, Scoliosis, and More» was held

   On October 1, our university hosted a seminar titled "Healthy Lifestyle and Musculoskeletal System Recovery: Osteochondrosis, Scoliosis, and More," with the participation of staff from City Clinical Hospital No. 5. The event was attended by students from the Faculties of Mechanics and Mathematics, Information Technologies, Biology and Biotechnology, Chemistry and Chemical Technologies, the Higher School of Economics and Business, and Geography and Nature Management.

   The seminar was led by Zhaksykhanov Yerkebulan Zhanbolatuly, Head of the Therapy Department, and Ayman Adilbekovna Kumarov, Head of the Rehabilitation Department at City Clinical Hospital No. 5. During the session, students gained valuable insights into the hospital's services and staff. Additionally, they were informed about the availability of free medical assistance at the hospital for registered patients.

   A key takeaway for students was the information regarding a special branch of City Clinical Hospital No. 5 located at the university's "Keremet" Student Service Center. In case of emergencies, students can seek immediate assistance from specialized doctors right on campus.

   Ayman Adilbekovna Kumarov, Head of the Rehabilitation Department, provided detailed information on musculoskeletal diseases, outlining recovery timelines and key precautions to follow in case of injury. The seminar, enriched by the expertise of medical professionals, offered students practical, insightful, and beneficial knowledge on maintaining and restoring musculoskeletal health.
