The Confucius Institute of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University under the leadership of Asylbekov Rahimzhan is a good friend of the Department of Language and General Education training of foreigners. On September 28, 2024, students from China studying at the Department of Language and General Education Training of Foreigners under the guidance of curators and advisors at the invitation of the Confucius Institute of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University took part in an international event – Confucius Day. The holiday is timed to coincide with the Day of Education of the People's Republic of China celebrated on October 1.
