On September 18, 2024, the results of the survey on the results of the spring semester of the 2023-2024 academic year were discussed with undergraduate students of the department. Senior advisor Teletai Sh.T. presented the results of the Center for Statistical Research of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, discussed the key points identified during the survey. The students were also introduced to the decision of the Academic Council of the Faculty of Information Technology on measures to improve the educational process. Student feedback helped to identify priority areas for further development of the department: attracting representatives of the banking sector and experts in the field of big data to teach to improve the practice orientation of the program, including interactive forms of work in the educational process, attracting leading experts from the industry and financial sector for guest lectures, integrating online courses from the Coursera platform into academic disciplines and for self-study.
