On October 10, 2024, the curators of the Pre-University Preparation Department organized a meeting for students of groups 1, 7, 20, and 21 with doctors from the 5th City Clinical Hospital, located in the “Keremet” center, under the theme “I Choose Health, and You?”. The participants registered and established contacts during the meeting. The theme “I Choose Health, and You?” emphasizes the importance of choosing health, highlighting an individual’s attention to their own health, well-being, and quality of life. This is closely related to Sustainable Development Goal 3 (ensuring healthy lives and promoting well-being for all at all ages). However, improving health through SDG 17 (strengthening the means of implementation and revitalizing the global partnership for sustainable development) illustrates that health is not only a personal matter but also requires partnerships among nations, the development of healthcare systems, and economic support. Choosing health is a personal decision, but it impacts the health of society as a whole, making partnership and cooperation (SDG 17) crucial in other areas as well.
