4th year students of the specialty "6B05205 – Geography" of the Department of Geography, Land Management and Cadastre held a curatorial hour on the topic "My precious treasure is the elderly." Veterans of education were invited to the event.:  Temirbekov Aman Tazhievich and Akasheva Atirkul Saparbekovna. During the meeting, it was noted that their contribution to the development of education, science and the upbringing of the future generation occupies a special place, and sincere gratitude was expressed on behalf of the students.

Currently, a lot of attention is paid to the elderly in our country, care and support from the state is shown. We are confident that thanks to our dear veterans, who have made a significant contribution to the growth and prosperity of Kazakhstan and ensuring a peaceful life, our country is moving forward. Their life experience is a real treasure beyond the reach of the current generation. Remembering the senior staff of the department and noting their merits, they are set as an example to the younger generation.

At the end of the curatorial hour, Professor Temirbekov Aman Tazhievich and Associate Professor Makasheva Atirkul Saparbekovna shared their warm words and memories with the students and conveyed good wishes to the youth for the future of our country. Alim Olegovich Mylkaidarov, the curator-adviser, thanked all participants and guests of the event, urging young people to respect their elders and follow examples of exemplary behavior and morality.
