Teachers of the Department of Middle East and South Asia met with a delegation from O.P. Jindal Global University (India) to explore a SGD «Partnership in the field of sustainable development»

Today, 16.09.2024 an important meeting with a delegation from O.P. Jindal Global University (India) took place within the walls of  Farabi University. The main purpose of the visit was to discuss potential avenues of collaboration between the two leading universities.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the administration  of our university and faculty of the Department of Indology, the Faculty of Oriental Studies, as well as guests from O.P. Jindal Global University.  The parties discussed prospects for implementing joint research projects, academic exchanges of students and faculty, and other key vectors for future possible cooperation.

This collaboration promises to make a significant contribution to strengthening educational and scientific ties between Kazakhstan and India, enhancing the level of education and research in both universities.
