15 october, 2024

On October 15, an educational seminar on fostering an anti-corruption culture was held for students of the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technologies at our university as part of the «University without Corruption» project.
The seminar was led by the rector’s consultant, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Serikbai Orikbayuly Nurgisaev, along with specialists from the compliance control service. During the seminar, the speakers addressed corruption as a growing societal issue, highlighting the harm it inflicts today and providing valuable insights to the students. Additionally, detailed guidance was given on how to respond to instances of corruption.
Seminars like this play a crucial role in shaping our students' commitment to honesty and justice, while also equipping them with the skills to respond quickly and wisely in challenging situations.
