"Civil rights and responsibilities and gender equality"
Within the framework of SDG 5. "Gender quality" and in order to improve the legal literacy of students, on October 22, 2024, there was a meeting on the topic: "Civil rights and responsibilities and gender equality" at Dormitory No. 17.The employees of M. Esbolatov Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan: the Head of the Department of Law Enforcement Service Management, Associate Professor, Police Colonel, M.B. Toksanova, senior lecturer of the Department of Law Enforcement Service Management, police Major, T.D. Tileukanova took part in the meeting. The main idea of the event was to inform female students about their rights and responsibilities, as our faculty is distinguished by a large number of girls. The guests of the event gave the female students pieces of advice on on various issues such as the position and role of women in society and how to behave in a public environment. The event was organized by Ph.D., Associate Professor J.O. Mambetov, Ph.D., senior lecturer, Colonel of the reserve police, S.B. Tleubaev, senior curator of the faculty, senior lecturer, Sh.A., Shortanbai, senior curator of the Department of Kazakh Literature and Literary Theory, Ph.D., senior lecturer, E.K. Karbozov. The organizers said that students are the future of new Kazakhstan. They also noted that the main task of students is to effectively use time and to study. The students asked their questions and received answers to them. At the end of the evening, the students and the guests took a photo for memory.
