History students held a charity event for Kindness Day

Within the framework of Sustainable Development Goal №1 No Poverty.

October 24, 2024 – On the eve of International Kindness Day, which is celebrated on November 13, students of the Faculty of History of the al-Farabi Kazakh National University held a charity event. The organizers were teachers of the Department of World History, Historiography and Source Studies, Associate Professor, Candidate of Historical Sciences G.E. Sabdenova and PhD Associate Professor P.N. Nuskabay.

As part of the campaign, students helped large and low-income families by delivering food to them.

"We consider it important not only to study history, but also to contribute to the present by helping those in need," one of the participants in the action shared.

This initiative of the students of the Faculty of History is a vivid example of social responsibility and a manifestation of caring for others.
