Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Faculty of History, Professor of the Department of "History of Kazakhstan", Doctor of Historical Sciences Bolat Sailan held an event within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals program – "quality education", where cadets of the Military Engineering Institute of Radioelectronics and Communications of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan held lectures for cadets of the public education.

In his speech, Professor of the Department of "History of Kazakhstan", Doctor of Historical Sciences Bolat Sailan told the cadets about the place of historical science in the history of mankind and told about the outstanding events in the discipline "History of Kazakhstan", which dates back several thousand years. Having considered topical issues of national history, he shared his opinion on the place occupied by the history of Kazakhstan in the formation of patriotic qualities of modern youth.

At the end of the meeting, the cadets asked the historians to come to their environment, take part in public holidays and events related to historical topics, and give a lecture by the leader.
