THE ISSUES OF WIDESPREAD POVERTY ERADICATION WERE DISCUSSED

08.10.2024. as part of the implementation of SDG Goal 1: «Universal eradication of poverty in all its forms», a scientific seminar was held by Dzhangabulova A.K. The purpose of the scientific seminar: issues of assistance to low-income students. The scientific seminar discussed issues of social assistance to students from low-income families, the provision of benefits for tuition fees, personal scholarships for academic performance, obtaining priority rights to places in student dormitories, providing socio-psychological assistance, social and medical support, and volunteer assistance to all socially vulnerable categories.
We must strive to achieve one of the objectives of this goal: «By 2030, increase the resilience of the poor and vulnerable people and reduce their vulnerability and vulnerability to extreme events caused by climate change and other economic, social and environmental shocks and disasters».
