On October 8, 2024, as part of the implementation of UN SDG No. 10 “Reducing inequality within and between countries”, senior lecturer at the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law, Faculty of Law, KazNU. Al-Farabi A.N. Abdrakhmanov took part in the play “Kyzyl oramaldy Shynarym” at the Gabit Musirepov Youth Theater together with 1st year students of the 108th curatorial group of the “Jurisprudence” specialty. The work describes an event that occurred in the 60s of the last century on the slopes of the Tien Shan Mountains, at the Dolan Pass in Kyrgyzstan. Village girl Asel and driver Ilyas, who meet by chance on the road, fall under the spell of innocent feelings and become heroes of true love. The play “Kyzyl oramaldy Shynarym” makes the audience think about how to value life, as they say: “There is no price in gold.” We think that the group's students learned a life lesson from the performance.
