Legal Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship
On October 15, 2024, as part of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the Department of Customs, Financial, and Environmental Law organized a pitching competition on the topic “Legal Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship” in Kazakhstan. The event was led by the Head of the Department, Doctor of Law, Professor G.A. Kuanaliyeva, and PhD Dr. G.K. Rasheva, with the participation of 2nd-year students. The legal fundamentals of entrepreneurship are a set of rules and principles that regulate entrepreneurial activity on a legal basis. Compliance with the law when starting and running a business ensures its stable and lawful operation.
For the competition, students Abyl A., Sovetkhan A., Kurmanali T., Altybai E., Seydaly A., and others prepared animated business projects. According to the results of the competition:
