Participation in the "Collect Plastic" campaign

The environmental campaign Plastic Reboot was held in Almaty, organized within the framework of the republican program "Taza Kazakhstan" and the city campaign "Almaty is our common home" from October 18 to 24, 2024.

Students of the specialty "Logistics" of the LG22K2 and LG23K5 groups took an active part in the Plastic Reboot campaign: earn money in exchange for plastic bottles. As part of this initiative, students collected plastic bottles to contribute to environmental protection and the development of a recycling culture.

This action supports Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 12 "Responsible consumption and production", aimed at reducing waste and rational use of resources.  Students not only contributed to reducing plastic pollution, but also developed important skills in responsible resource management, which is especially important for their future profession in logistics.
