Memorandum of Understanding for future cooperation between KazNU and the Mongolian Institute of Archaeology
Within the framework of the direction No. 8 "Promotion of productive employment and decent work" of the Sustainable Development Goals, researchers of the Department of Archaeology, Ethnology and Museology Renato Sala and Jean-Marc Deaume, within the framework of the project AP14869303 - Ethnozooarchaeological study of the role of wolves and dogs in ancient and modern cultures of Kazakhstan (Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan 2022-2024), a scientific a trip to Mongolia. The purpose of the trip was to collect information about the archaeological evidence of dogs and wolves in the ancient cultures of Mongolia. A memorandum of understanding is being prepared for future cooperation between KazNU and the Mongolian Institute of Archaeology.
