SDG-4: A meeting was held on the topic «Kazakhstan – a state governed by the rule of law»

        On October 14, 2024, with the participation of the management of the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law, students of the 110th group of the 1st year of the Faculty of Law of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and the director of the student legal clinic Bakirov D.A., a meeting was held within the framework of the UN SDG on the topic «Kazakhstan – a state governed by the rule of law», dedicated to the Republic Day - October 25.

      Students of this group Diana Dauletova and Khantemir Zhebegen prepared a presentation on the topic «Kazakhstan – a state governed by the rule of law», spoke about the democratic and legal characteristics of Kazakhstan, the protection and provision of human and civil rights and freedoms in the country, as well as the structure of the government system.

       At the end of the meeting, the students shared their opinions on the significance of the Republic Day, celebrated annually on October 25, for the history and future of the country, the role of youth in creating a society where the rule of law prevails, and expressed great confidence that Kazakhstan will become a state where the rule of law prevails.
