City Clinical Hospital in Almaty on the topic of “Differential Diagnosis of Hepatitis: Management Strategy for Elderly Patients with Liver Damage.” Physicians from the 7th City Clinical Hospital, polyclinics, medical interns, and residents actively participated. During the round table, complex cases of differential diagnosis in viral and drug-induced liver injury (DILI), the specific challenges in elderly patients, and strategies for preventing toxic liver damage, particularly in comorbid patients, were discussed.
