Scientific contribution and achievements of Dzhansugurova Leila Bulatovna

     Dzhansugurova Leila Bulatovna is a famous scientist in the field of molecular genetics and cell biology, who has made a great contribution to the development of genetics in Kazakhstan and abroad.  His knowledge, organizational skills and passion for science contribute to the progress of molecular genetics and biology, as well as the development of scientific research and training of young specialists in Kazakhstan.  Represents Kazakhstan in the international scientific arena and enjoys the respect of colleagues and scientists from all over the world.  Leyla Bulatovna, thanks to her work, knowledge, and efforts, is an example of conquering high peaks in science and leaving a mark in history.

     At this scientific seminar, Dzhansugurova L. B.  shared her problems on the path of science, ways to combat them, and life experience about the achievements achieved with our future young scientists.

      The number of women applying to science in the country is growing from year to year, their share exceeds 50 percent. Kazakhstan is now globally among the best countries in this indicator. Women scientists in the country not only lead important research projects, but also play an active role in solving many problems relevant to our society. On their initiative, global projects aimed at supporting women and girls in science have become popular in our country, and gender research centers have opened in a number of universities.Today, there is nothing that could prevent a woman who claims to be engaged in science. In 2015, February 11 was declared the International Day of Women and Girls in Science. This step involves encouraging women in science, education and other fields to succeed on an equal basis with men.
