"Ensuring national security is one of the main vectors of strengthening Kazakhstan's sovereignty"

On October 30, 2024, at the al-Farabi Kazakh National University, teachers of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, Associate Professor Mynbatyrova N.K., Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Isabekov A.K. and Doctor of Law, Associate Professor Baymakhanova D.M. organized A leadership lecture on "Ensuring national security is one of the main vectors of strengthening Kazakhstan's sovereignty" within the framework of TDM-17 "Partnership for Sustainable Development". 

The lecture was conducted by the veteran of the National Security Committee, Colonel Babishev Askar Saparkhanuly. In his speech, the Speaker stressed the importance of national security in strengthening the country's sovereignty and ensuring political and economic stability. The National Security Committee, as the main link of the general security system, is a state body that determines the negative impact of current trends and risks and prevents them. These are threats in cyberspace, biological security, activities of cross-border criminal communities, international terrorism, etc. Protecting the vital interests of the country, the National Security Committee has become an integral part of the national security system and makes a great contribution to the sustainable development of independent Kazakhstan. 

The students listened to the lecture with great interest. At the end of the meeting, the students asked questions to the speaker and received detailed answers from him.
