"Legal consciousness, legal culture and the basis of building a legal state"

November 8, 2024 "4 SDG In order to "high-quality education", teachers of the department "Theory and history of State and law, constitutional and administrative law", candidate of Law, Associate Professor Zharbolova A.ZH.,  Bazartaeva E.B. addressed the current issue, visited the Gymnasium school №138 named after M. Bazarbayeva in Almaty, met with school teachers and students of the 10th grade and gave a lecture on the topic "legal consciousness, legal culture and the basis of building a legal state". 

Our main goal: to increase the attitude of a person and society to law, its observance and respect, as well as the ability to understand and apply laws. Legal culture is important from the point of view of the assimilation by society of legal norms, their application and implementation in their life, everyday activities. It should be noted that the main goal of the rule of law is the observance, protection and implementation of human and civil rights, ensuring the law — abiding of state authorities.
