In accordance with the goals of SDG 4: "Quality Education" and SDG 8: "Decent work and economic growth", on November 2, 2024, the Department of Economics of the Higher School of Economics and Business held an event in the form of a competition: "MacroMind" within the framework of the subject Olympiad on the course "Macroeconomics".
The MacroMind competition was attended by students of the 2nd and 3rd courses of the faculty in the specialties: "6B04103 – Economics", "6B04109 - Digital Economy", "6B04106 – Finance", "6B04105 - Accounting and Auditing", "6B04102 – Management", "6B04111 – Logistics". The competition was held in stages. The participants of the competition presented project works on macroeconomic issues, namely: creating conditions for attracting foreign investment, diversifying the country's economy, solving the problem of unemployment, eliminating incompatibilities between monetary policy and fiscal policy, and sustainable economic growth. The results of the competition were recorded by awarding the winners and activists.
