KazNU to hold public course on "Energy Efficiency and Clean Energy"

Organizers: Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology

The purpose of the course: Provide basic knowledge about the principles of energy efficiency, clean energy and their significance for the environment and the economy. The course is aimed at a wide audience and is designed to motivate the population to introduce energy-efficient technologies and practices in everyday life.

Training format:

• Course duration: 4 weeks(8 classesof 2 classes per week)
• Training period: January 13-February 8, 2025
• Training location: Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology
• Class format: lectures, seminars, interactive workshops and practical exercises
• Target audience: general public, all interested parties (no age restrictions)

Course Program includes following Modules: 1) Fundamentals of Energy efficiency and Clean Energy 2) Energy efficiency at everyday life and at home, 3) Environmental economics and Government support programs, 4) Practical skills and project work. s
