Meeting with students on the issue of ‘Health Care’

11.11.2024, a meeting was held with students of the 107th group on the issue of SDG No. 4 "Health Care" under the organization of Ph.D. Myrzataev N.D. and 1st year student Mazimakan A.D.
  One of the Sustainable Development Goals: "Ensure healthy lives and improve the well-being of people of all ages." This goal includes a comprehensive agenda for solving a wide range of global health problems.
  2020 was a big challenge for the healthcare systems of all countries. The damage has hit communities that were already vulnerable even before the pandemic. 
On the eve of the World Health Day, which is celebrated every year on April 7, we talked about the initiatives of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) aimed at supporting the national health care system in Kazakhstan.
  UNDP, in collaboration with the Asian Development Bank (ADB), has launched an initiative to strengthen the resilience of the national health system to emergencies. Within the framework of this initiative, standards and guidelines for proper collection, sorting, destruction, transportation and control of medical waste were developed for medical personnel within the walls of the treatment facility.
