Today 20.11.2024 in the framework of SDG 4 ‘Quality Education’ under the guidance of senior lecturer of the Department of Civil Law and Civil Process, Labour Law Saparbekova Zh. S. and students of 301 group and held an open session in the form of process, role play on the topic ‘Determination of the order, specifics of consideration of the case in cassation instance’.

The case on the right of ownership of immovable property was considered in the trial. The case was considered in a collegial court: the presiding judge - Rahim Azamat, the panel - Yakiyaev Mukhtarhan, Ospangali Olzhas, Kairatuly Arnat and Mukatay Alikhan. 

The aim of the lesson is to teach students to apply the knowledge gained in practice and to instil curiosity.
On the topic ‘Resolution of disputes arising from the contract of sale and purchase’ was considered
1. ownership right;
2. bases of the sale and purchase agreement; 
3. the issues of fictitious transactions were considered. The students took an active part.
