Lecture titled “Prevention of Religious Extremism and Terrorism”

On October 16, 2024, at the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science of KazNU, an important lecture titled “Prevention of Religious Extremism and Terrorism” was held as part of the university’s 90th-anniversary celebrations and in line with sustainable development goals. The event explored current issues in the field of religion in greater depth and established open and meaningful feedback with students.

First- and second-year students of the Religious Studies program actively participated in the discussion. The purpose of the meeting was to acquaint students with the issues of religious extremism and terrorism and to demonstrate effective ways to counter them.
