Learning to overcome barriers to communicate

One of the areas of countries sustainable development, in accordance with SDG 4, is high-quality training of highly qualified specialists who are able to apply their knowledge in practice. This ability is successfully demonstrated by 2nd-year master's students of EP Management in the process of studying the discipline "Business Communication". Each master's student speak several languages ​​and tests their language and communications skills in the process of working in one of the national or foreign companies. They talked about this in the reports they prepared at the seminar dedicated to barriers to business communications. Particularly valuable were the examples from their personal experience in communicating with domestic and foreign business partners, how they overcame barriers that arise in the way of communication and what skills helped them cope with these barriers. The master's students also drew conclusions about what skills they still need to acquire, what personal qualities to acquire or improve.
