Today, 29.11.2024g. in the framework of implementation of SDG #17 ‘Partnership for Sustainable Development’ under the leadership of the head of the Department of Civil Law and Civil Process, Labour Law, Doctor of Law, Professor Zh.S. Suleimenova was organized a guest lecture on the theme: ‘Prevention of delinquency’ with senior lecturers of the department Khudaiberdina G.A. and Saparbekova Zh.S. for students of LLP ‘Multidisciplinary College UIB’
During the event Khudaiberdina G.A. and Saparbekova J.S. told the students about the importance of legal education in modern society. They explained in detail the main provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, aimed at ensuring law and order, protection of citizens' rights and prevention of offences.
Particular attention was paid to the prevention of offences among young people, responsibility for unlawful acts, as well as the need to improve legal literacy.
Students actively participated in the discussion and asked questions concerning the rights and duties of citizens. Such meetings contribute to the formation of students' respect for the law, increase their civic responsibility and realise the importance of legal awareness.
