SDG 8. Decent Work and Economic Growth

On November 18, 2024, the second stage of the Huawei Competition 2024-2025 took place at KazNU. More than 2,000 students from various universities across Kazakhstan participated in the competition. The students showcased their knowledge in the fields of technology, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and big data.

Particular attention was drawn to 4th-year KazNU student Kuntas Zhansulu, who was selected to represent Kazakhstan internationally in the Cloud Track category. This achievement highlights the high level of preparation of students in the field of modern technologies.

The Huawei Competition offers participants the opportunity to develop their skills, intern at international companies, and build connections with industry experts.
