Production tour at TOO "Plast Invest Production"

Associate Professor of the Department of Chemistry and Technology of Organic Substances, Natural Compounds and Polymers A.K. Toktabaeva with groups 401-402 of the Kazakh branch in the discipline "Technology of Production and Processing of Polymers" OP 6B07104 - "Chemical Technology of Organic Substances" in the course of implementing the goals of sustainable development of quality education (4.3.4 - Educational information and explanatory work outside the university complex), decent work and economic growth (8.4 - The proportion of students who undergo practical training in production) and in order to gain practical experience in enterprises visited the plant TOO Manufacturing Company "Plast Invest Production", located at the address Almaty region, Zhambyl district, Ungirtas village, K. Sharipov street, 1C. During the industrial excursion, the students were very curious and informative to see with their own eyes the production itself. For example, they watched with interest the processes of manufacturing polyethylene pipes by extrusion, fiberglass reinforcement, seamless plastic containers, which are a monolithic frame made of polyethylene, which are intended for transportation, storage of liquids, bulk materials and polyurethane foams. They also visited the laboratory, which tests manufactured products with microprocessor control technology, process control, for hydraulic testing of internal pipe pressure.
