The main goal of the internship was to study international experience in the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in public administration.

During the internship, meetings were held with leading scholars from the School of Management and the Department of Business Administration at Shanghai University. The researchers also visited the Artificial Intelligence Research Center at the School of Management and the Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Center, which provided valuable insights into the approaches to the digitalization and technological development of the city. From November 19 to 21, the project team participated in the Shanghai Exhibition of New Products and Technologies, where they explored innovative solutions and their applications in governance.

The internship offered a unique opportunity not only to study international practices but also to strengthen scientific ties with international colleagues. The outcomes of this trip will form the foundation for further research into the application of AI in public administration in Kazakhstan.
