Professor John Mahoney is a leading expert in the field of religious and cultural tolerance research. The meeting was attended by Head of the Department of Political Science and Political Technologies Nasimova Gulnar Orlenbaevna, Deputy head of the department Abzhapparova Aigul Abdumutalipovna, Associate professor of the Department of Cultural Studies and Religious Studies Borbasova Karlygash Moldagalieva and Deputy head of the Department of Philosophy Zeynullin Raimbek.  

The meeting discussed the possibilities of further cooperation in the field of science and education, the formation of joint projects not only in the framework of cultural studies, but also in the framework of political science, conflictology and philosophy.
