Participated in the Interreligious Youth Forum of the Kalmyk Regional Session "Buddhism in the Context of Interfaith Dialogue"

On December 6, 2024, first-year doctoral student in Cultural Studies at the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science, Oralkul Ali, participated in the Interreligious Youth Forum of the Kalmyk Regional Session "Buddhism in the Context of Interfaith Dialogue" held at the Republic of Kalmykia, at the B.B. Gordakov Kalmyk State University. Oralkul Ali presented a report titled “The World of Childhood in the Buddhist World.” The purpose of the forum was to discuss the role of Buddhism in fostering interfaith dialogue and preserving spiritual and moral values in modern society. The forum was organized ahead of the III International Buddhist Forum, which aimed to explore the potential of Buddhism in contemporary times. The event featured panel discussions and sections open for presenting new scientific ideas and achievements, testing research results, and academic debates.
