An Event Dedicated to Independence Day Took Place in the Dormitory

On December 5, a round table titled "The Future of the Country is Youth" was held in the reading room of the dormitory of the Faculty of Oriental Studies at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. The round table was organized by the dean's office of the Faculty of Oriental Studies. Important issues, such as the significance and value of Kazakhstan's independence and Orientalists, were discussed during the event. The keynote speaker of the round table was Erzhan Abdraimovich Kerimbayev, the head of the Chineese Department. Students of the Faculty of Oriental Studies actively participated and were pleased with the event.
