An important meeting was held in the Center "Sustainable Development and effective nature management" of the Faculty of geography and environmental sciences of KazNU

On December 13, 2024, Mr. Tulkinjon Erkinovich Gaipov, Candidate of Chemical Sciences., director of the "Research Center for Sustainable Development and effective use of nature" of the Faculty of geography and environmental sciences of KazNU, visited the research center "Sustainable development and environmental management" of Akhmet Yassawi University. During the meeting, the head of the UNESCO Chair for Sustainable Development Bazarbayeva T. A. presented the work, goals and projects of the research center. The guest was informed about the achievements and projects of the University in the field of sustainable development. In addition, the possibilities of developing bilateral cooperation and conducting joint research were discussed.

This meeting was an important step towards strengthening scientific and academic ties.
